Incorrect Mailing Address

Please note if an incorrect mailing address is provided to Cry Baby Craig's, any additional fees assessed by USPS for the incorrect mailing address will be charged to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All fees applied by your countries customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The customs fees applied on return orders to United States will be taken out of the total refund issued to the buyer.

Cry Baby Craig's works to ensure our products are of the highest quality and value to our customers. If our products arrive damaged or harmed in any way, please contact us at info@crybabycraigs.com for further information.
We require a picture of the damaged item(s).

Cry Baby Craig's does not accept returns of hot sauce, all sales are final.

Clothing

If you find the item of clothing you've received to be the wrong size or not up to your specifications, please let us know what the problem is at info@crybabycraigs.com and we will try to rectify the problem you've encountered.

If the item you've ordered has been customized in some way, as is the case with our Zip-Up Hoodie, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.

None of the issues that may arise with the fit of clothing, the quality of the brand, or the quality of printing are representative of Cry Baby Craig's LLC.
